黑莓官方对BB10手机升级10.3.3版本后出现问题的提示说明-黑莓手机爱好者

黑莓官方从去年11月份开始向全球BB10手机用户推送最新系统版本BlackBerry 10 OS 10.3.3系统，不过官方接到来自部分黑莓BB10手机用户反馈，在更新手机系统10.3.3出现了问题。

手机系统反应迟钝
缺少系统菜单项
手机温度上升（发热）
应用程序无法打开
无法连接使用无线网络
…

上述问题与其它可能遇到的系统问题，可能是操作系统更新后最多24小时内发生系统文件更新迁移的结果。

对于不幸在更新系统24小时内出现系统不正常问题的用户，黑莓给出了一些提示与建议。
在更新系统后24小时内不要重置或安全擦除你的手机设备
如你遇到的系统问题在24小时后依旧持续存在或手机已无法正常启动使用，你可以重新加载手机系统（使用与你手机型号版本对应的官方系统刷机文件）。

如你是已进行企业激活的手机用户，在出现问题后，让你的IT管理员把你的手机移除工作区，如手机设备恢复正常，再重新激活手机。

黑莓官方会尽快彻底解决10.3.3系统问题，并会及时推送补丁或新的版本。

Overview

After updating the BlackBerry 10 device to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.3, the device may experience performance issues.

This may include some of the following:

Slow/poor performance

Menu items missing or slow to respond

Device temperature warmer than usual

Applications not opening

Unable to connect to wireless networks

Cause

The above mentioned issues and other related issues may be a result of the filesystem migration that can occur for up to 24 hours after the OS update.

Resolution

This issue is under investigation. A resolution is currently unavailable.

No user action should be taken for a period of 24 hours.

**Please Note** Do NOT reset or security wipe the device during this timeframe. Doing so may cause the device to enter a state where it will not restart.

Workaround

Personal device users

If the above issues continue for longer than 24 hours after the update or the device has entered a state where it will not boot, please reload the device software.

Enterprise device Users & IT Admins

If the device is experiencing the symptoms noted in the overview for a period of 3 to 4 hours remove the Workspace. If device performance returns to normal, then re-activate the Workspace.

If the device is used in an Enterprise environment, please report this to your IT HelpDesk/Support for further investigation as the issues could be unrelated to the issue documented here.
