黑莓PRIV（AT＆T）无服务”No Service”故障修复解决方法-黑莓手机爱好者

部分黑莓PRIV(AT＆T版)用户可能会出现无法连接到网络无服务的故障(“No Service”提示)，针对用户出现的问题，黑莓官方发布了故障排除修复工具，通过安装故障排除工具可以解决无服务问题。

黑莓发布的故障修复排除工具及安装使用方法

1、首先开启允许你的PRIV手机安装.APK文件软件（未知来源软件安装）
设置Settings >安全Security >启用未知源–确定

2、下载安装.APK 修复工具 LtecaBugfix.apk（https://bbapps.download.blackberry.com/Priv/LteCaBugfix.apk）
下载完成后，确认安装.APK文件应用

3、安装完成后，选择打开修复工具，“勾选”应用使用许可提示”I accept BlackBerry Solution License Agreement.” 出现该工具使用成功”The tool has been enabled successfully”提示。
这样就完成了无服务”No Service”故障的修复。

T-Mobile PRIV在安卓6.1系统（Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow）下也可能会出现无服务的问题（”No Service” ），目前没有彻底解决方法，黑莓官方给出的信息是在下一个系统更新解决该问题，当前如出现无服务，可重启手机，尝试。

Install the BlackBerry “No Service” Prevention Tool.

To install the BlackBerry “No Service” Prevention Tool, complete the following;

Enable the installation from Unknown Sources. To enable this, complete the following;

Navigate to the Settings > Security on the PRIV

Under Device administration, enable Unknown Sources

Tap OK when presented with the warning message

From Chrome on your PRIV, click here

Should the message “Chrome needs storage access to download files”, select UPDATE PERMISSIONS

Tap ALLOW

Tap OK when the message “This type of file can harm your device. Dow you want to keep LteCaBugfix.apk anyway?” appears at the bottom of the screen

Please note: Lookout Security & Antivirus may block the direct opening of the downloaded application（Berrylink.cn）

Once downloaded, select the LteCaBugfix.apk file from the Notification shade. Alternatively, tap the Downloads icon from theApp Drawer

Select LteCaBugfix.apk

Tap INSTALL

Tap OPEN

From within the BlackBerry “No Service” Prevention Tool, select the Check Box for “I accept BlackBerry Solution License Agreement.”

Tap Enable “No Service” Prevention.

Once the message The tool has been enabled successfully is displayed, tap UNINSTALL to remove the BlackBerry “No Service” Prevention Tool as the fix has been applied.

Disable the installation from Unknown Sources. To disable this, complete the following;

Navigate to the Settings > Security on the PRIV

Under Device administration, disable Unknown Sources
