It has been published that KEYone will get Oreo. I am happy to confirm that.

Because we have got the software developers work on that, bring that out, and obviously there are additional devices that TCL is working on today.

Some which will ship with Nougat and be upgraded, some which may ship with Oreo, depending on timing and all the rest.
